Maui News unions accept wage cut in three-year pact

Workers with three unions ratified on June 20 an agreement with Maui Publishing Co., owner of The Maui News, accepting a 10 percent cut in wages in recognition of severely depressed economic conditions while extending their contract to July 1, 2012.
